IzolPlus™

Thermal insulation that
doesn't need Styrofoam.

Thermoceramic coating for roofs, walls, and non-transparent barriers. Reflects solar radiation instead of absorbing it — lowering the surface temperature by up to 15°C.

Traditional insulation delays heat.
IzolPlus reflects it.

Styrofoam and mineral wool slow down heat flow but don't eliminate it. IzolPlus acts like a thermal mirror — reflecting solar radiation before the surface heats up.

The effect? A steel roof's temperature drops by several degrees. A hall's interior doesn't need air conditioning. Energy bills drop.

0.027
W/mK — thermal conductivity coefficient λ

This exceptionally low value means ultra-low heat transfer — the key to IzolPlus's advantage over traditional insulation materials.

How it works?

IzolPlus is a coating based on ceramic micro-spheres that create a thermo-reflective barrier on the building's surface.

Warm climate (summer)

Solar radiation hits the roof or wall covered with IzolPlus. Instead of heating the surface, the energy is reflected back into the atmosphere. The surface temperature drops by up to 15°C compared to an unprotected surface.

Cold climate (winter)

During the heating season, IzolPlus acts as an insulating barrier — the low emissivity of the coating (0.03) minimizes heat escape through walls to the outside, reducing the building's energy losses.

Benefits for the Manager

Lower Energy Costs

Reduction of air conditioning costs in summer and heating in winter in one system.

Structural Protection

UV and heat degrade roof coverings. IzolPlus extends their lifespan by years.

Fast Application

Applied by spray, roller, or brush. No scaffolding on flat roofs.

Environmentally Friendly

Reduces the urban heat island effect. Building's carbon footprint reduction.

Applications

IzolPlus works everywhere where a building's surface is exposed to direct sunlight.

Warehouses

Flat roofs of logistics halls where air conditioning is unprofitable or impossible.

Building Facades

East and west walls overheating in the summer season.

Historic Buildings

Insulation without interfering with historical fabric — the coating is thin and invisible.

Containers and Silos

Lowering temperature in modular containers and industrial tanks.
